General Accident Insurance to acquire Nova Insurance Company

acquisitionGeneral Accident Insurance Company, a Kenyan non-life insurer, has acquired Nova Insurance Company, a Ugandan non-life insurance company. GA Insurance, already present in Tanzania, continues its regional expansion strategy.

Ranked the sixth largest insurer in the country, GA Insurance reported a turnover of 5.977 billion KES (58.994 million USD) in 2018.
