FML is getting listed

First Mutual Life Assurance Society should be quoted in the stock exchange by November 20th, 2003 under the name of First Mutual Limited (FML). The company which had recently received the authorities' consent for demutualisation projects to raise its capital to 66 million USD by way of an issue of further shares in order to finance its development. FML received in August the agreement to operate as a reinsurer.
