Establishment of a motor guarantee fund in Congo Brazzaville

The Council of Ministers decided on April 11, 2018 to set up a motor guarantee fund. Mainly subsidized by the State, this entity shall also benefit from the contributions of insurance companies.

The fund aims at indemnifying victims of road accidents for which the driver has not been identified or insured. The victims, unable to benefit from the plans provided by insurance companies, will be covered by this fund.
