Establishment of Insurance of Africa

The chairman of Banque Marocaine du Commerce Extérieur (BMCE), Othman Benjelloun, has announced the establishment of Insurance of Africa. Last September, the bank’s board of directors approved the launch plan of Insurance of Africa which will develop insurance products marketed through the Bank of Africa (BOA) network where BMCE is the major shareholder.
