Egyptian Platform for auto maintenance services

The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) is setting up a digital platform for auto maintenance workshops and agencies and vehicle inspection experts.

The platform will allow Egyptian insurers to be in direct contact with several operators. They can thus choose the most appropriate service according to different criteria such as the availability of spare parts, quality and experience and the competence of the repair crew. The customers can also pay for the services on the platform.

On the other hand, the insured have the ability to record their assessments of the repair and maintenance carried out on their vehicles.
