Dubai Group parts way with its insurance subsidiary in Turkey

Dubai Group has ceded its Turkish insurance subsidiary, Dubai Group Sigorta, to Starr Insurance and Reinsurance and to Oman Insurance. Dubai Group Sigorta was established in 2008. The company suffered an 18.8 million USD loss in 2011. Oman Insurance, member of the group dominated by Mashreq Bank, is now detaining 51% in its capital.
