Dolika Banda at the head of the African Risk Capacity Insurance Company

Dolika Banda will join the African Risk Capacity Insurance Company (ARC) as executive director starting from September 7, 2016.

D. Banda currently holds the position of director of the financial markets department at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a subsidiary of the World Bank. She will succeed Simon Young.
