Direct motor claims compensation in Turkey

The Turkish insurance supervisory authorities are developing a system of direct compensation for motor claims.

Insurers will now indemnify their customers and turn to the liable party's insurer to recover the amounts paid in advance.

The objective of this new system is to satisfy customers and reduce litigation.
