The Japanese insurer Dai-ichi Life Holdings has acquired Partners Life, a life insurance company based in New Zealand. The transaction is valued at 980 million NZD (625.921 million USD).
The acquisition, which is still pending the approval of the competent authorities, should be finalized between December 2022 and April 2023.
