Custodian & Allied Insurance unveils new group structure

Custodian & Allied Insurance, a leading life and non life Nigerian insurer unveiled the group’s new structure. This reshape imposed by the last merger with Crusader includes a holding company in which both companies hold majority stakes in all subsidiaries. The group is made up of Custodian Life Assurance (former Crusader Life Insurance), Crusader Sterling Pensions and Custodian Trustees (former Crusader Trustees).
