Crusader Insurance raises its capital thanks to a series of mergers

With the absorption of Refuge Insurance Plc, Royal Trust Insurance and Golden Insurance Plc, the company Crusader Insurance Plc has increased its capital from 5.3 billion NGN (42.9 million USD) to 5.9 billion NGN (47.8 million USD).

Another merger operation with the company Admiral is likely to boost its capital to 6.2 billion NGN (50.2 million USD).
