The creation of Zurich Takaful Company Ltd based in Dubai

An agreement has been reached between Zurich Financial Services and Abu Dhabi National Takaful Company for the establishment of a joint insurance company named Zurich Takaful Company Limited. Based in Dubai, the new entity will be marketing insurance products in conformity with the Islamic law. 51% of its capital is held by Zurich Financial Services while 49% go to its local partner.
