Creation of Unity Insurance, a non life insurance company

Creation of a new short term insurance company named Unity Insurance. The new entity will have as shareholders Telesure Investment, the holding of the insurer Auto&General by 50.1%, and South Africa Black's Economic Empowerment Act by 49.9%. Unity Insurance will commercialize its products through a brokerage network.
