Creation of Saudi Indian Insurance Company

Three Indian companies: Life Insurance Corporation of India, Life Insurance Corporation International (based in Bahrain) and New India Insurance Co. have joined FA AL Hoiker to create an insurance joint venture in Saudi Arabia. Named Saudi Indian Insurance Company, and endowed with a capital of 100 million SAR (26.6 million USD), the new entity has applied to SAMA for license.
