The first company created following the adoption of the new insurance bill, Libo Insurance Company is a 100% owned by Nabil Ahmed Farhat and his family. Endowed with a capital of 10 million LYD (7.5 million USD), the company is run by Nabil Ahmed Farhat as Chairman and A. Aljafairy as General Manager.
