Central Dredging Association ( CEDA) held an international conference in Dakar from November 18 to 19, entitled : Insurance and Marine Installations Safety. The conference was chaired by Mr. Djibo Leyti Kâ, Senior Minister and minister of Senegal's Marine Economy.
