Compulsory insurance as of March 2011

Insurance Commission (NAICOM) has announced that a compulsory insurance plan will be introduced in March 2011. The project provides for rendering compulsory some insurance classes of business such as: motor third party liability, construction third party liability , group life, workmen's compensation, health insurance, comprehensive insurance in the event of lease of public buildings.
