Compagnie Libanaise d’Assurance renamed Zurich Insurance Middle East

Following the completion of the Compagnie Libanaise d’Assurance acquisition by Zurich Insurance in December 2010, the Emirati regulatory authorities have authorized the Compagnie Libanaise to change its name into Zurich Insurance Middle East. The Swiss insurer can, therefore, operate under the same name in Lebanon, Oman and Kuwait.
