CNP Assurances to sell its Spanish subsidiary to Mediterráneo Vida

CNP Assurances has initiated exclusive negotiations with the insurer Mediterráneo Vida for the sale of its Spanish life subsidiary CNP Partners. CNP Partners represented 0.75% of the French group's total premium income at the end of 2021.

The transaction is in line with CNP Assurances' strategy to streamline its European operations.
