CNP Assurances enhances its development in Brazil

CNP Assurances has raised to 100% its stake in five joint ventures in Brazil. The transaction involves the acquisition of Caixa Seguridade and Icatu's stakes in Holding Saúde, Previsul, Odonto Empresa, CNP Consórcios and CNP Cap.

The transaction's value amounts to 907 million BRL (175 million USD), which will be financed by the French group's shareholder's equity.

This initiative is part of CNP Assurances' international development strategy.
