In compliance with a law prohibiting banks from financing companies in which they hold shares, the Caisse Nationale d'Epargne et de Prévoyance (CNEP) has ceded its Cnep Immo subsidiary to three state owned insurance companies: SAA, CAAR, CAAT which share the capital on an equal footing.
