Chubb Arabia: share capital increase

On 6 April 2021, the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) has approved, Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance’s 50% share capital increase.

The latter went from 200 million SAR (53.28 million USD) to 300 million SAR (79.93 million USD), thus increasing the number of shares from 20 million to 30 million.
