CESAM: Pascal Dubois appointed General Manager

The Marine Insurers' Committee (CESAM) has appointed Pascal Dubois as General Manager. He will succeed Patrice Gilbert, who is retiring by the end of September 2020.

Pascal Dubois, 53, is a renowned specialist in marine insurance. He began his career at Helvetia and then run the marine activity of Covéa/MMA for more than 10 years before establishing the marine class of business at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions France in 2013.

P. Dubois has been elected twice as Chairman of the Marine Cargo Committee of the French Insurance Federation (FFA). He has been a member of the Marine Insurance Commission (COMAT) since 2000 and a board member of CESAM.
