Beneficial Life becomes Prudential Beneficial Life Insurance

In July 2019, the British life insurer Prudential completed a majority stake in Beneficial Life, a life insurance group present in Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire and Togo.

Following this transaction, the new shareholder decided on December 6, 2019 to change the name of the Togolese company to Prudential Beneficial Life Insurance.
