Bajaj Allianz Insurance announces rebranding

Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance are rebranding as Bajaj General Insurance and Bajaj Life Insurance, respectively.

This new identity follows an agreement signed in March 2025, under which the Allianz Group sold its 26% stake in both Indian joint ventures to the Bajaj Finserv holding company. As a result, the two companies are now fully owned (100%) by Bajaj Finserv.
