AXA sells its subsidiary in Azerbaijan

Axa sells its entire non life insurance subsidiary in Azerbaijan, AXA MBask Insurance Company, to a member of the company's board of directors.

The amount of the transaction has not been revealed.
Present in some 60 countries, the French insurer that acquired AXA MBask in 2010, launched in November 2017 a vast operation of refocusing its activities.
