AXA Mansard, the French AXA group's Nigerian subsidiary, has published its unaudited financial statements for the year 2021. Revenues stood at 60.2 billion NGN (146.06 million USD), which represents an increase of 26.5% compared to 47.6 billion NGN (124.14 million USD) recorded as of 31 December 2020.
The net profit fell by 21.5% in one year from 4.54 billion NGN (11.84 million USD) in 2020 to 3.56 billion NGN (8.64 million USD) in late 2021.
As of 31 December 2021, the incurred losses increased by 36.8% to reach 28.98 billion NGN (70.31 million USD) with respect to 21.18 billion NGN established at end of December 2020.
