AXA Global Healthcare expands footprint through strategic African partnerships

AXA Global Healthcare, a subsidiary of the French insurance group AXA, has entered into a strategic partnership with Old Mutual General Insurance Kenya.

Effective 1 October 2025, all AXA Global Healthcare insurance policies in Kenya are now underwritten by Old Mutual.

In addition, the health insurer has signed a separate agreement with Executive Healthcare Solutions (EHS), a Kenyan brokerage firm. Under this arrangement, EHS will market and distribute AXA Global Healthcare’s international private medical insurance (IPMI) products across Africa.
