Aviva acquires a stake in Friends First Life

Aviva has acquired a stake in the capital of the Irish insurer Friends First Life Assurance Company.

The 130-million-EUR (153 millions USD) transaction, which should be finalized in the first quarter of 2018, is still awaiting approval from the supervisory authorities.
