Aveni Re increases its capital

The capital of the reinsurance company based in Abidjan has risen from 4 000 000 USD to 10 000 000 USD. The new shareholders are : Activa, Asinco, Sonar, Sen Re and Comar. Aveni Re will soon proceed to a new capital increase of 6 000 000 USD.
