MAPFRE Insurance and AAA Washington have signed a partnership agreement to create an insurance joint venture called Auto Club MAPFRE Insurance Company.
The new entity will be in charge of underwriting motor and homeowner’s insurance policies in Washington and northern Idaho.
Subject to regulatory approval, the joint venture is expected to start operating in Q4 2022.
