Atlantic Re: Ibrahima Ndoye, new Central Manager for West and Central Africa

Ibrahima Ndoye has been appointed Central Manager of Atlantic Re for the West and Central Africa regions. He will be based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

I. Ndoye has 28 years of professional experience, including 19 years in the reinsurance sector, where he has held the positions of Regional Manager of Continental Re for French-speaking West Africa, Underwriting Manager of Sen Re, and Managing Director for Africa of Arc Re (Mauritius-based reinsurance broker).

I. Ndoye is a graduate of the Institut National de Sûreté et de Sécurité (INSSI, France), the Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique de Dakar, and the Institut Supérieur de Finance de Dakar (Senegal).
