Assurances Maghrebia splits up into two entities

The September 16, 2009 extraordinary general assembly confirmed the establishment of a life entity. Maghrebia will, therefore, be split up into two entities, one specialized in life and the other in non-life business. The split-up is supervised by the chairman of the board of directors, Abdelaziz Essassi.
