Ascoma Assureurs Conseils, part of the Lebanese holding group Chedid Capital, has appointed Vincent Vandendael and Ziad Younes to its Board of Directors.
Vincent Vandendael brings over 30 years of international experience across developed and emerging markets in the United States, Asia, and Europe. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles within major global insurance groups, including Everest, Zurich Insurance, and Lloyd’s of London.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Baloise (Switzerland), chairs the brokerage firm MJM Holdings (Poland), and is also a Board member of Chedid Re Global Operations (United Kingdom).
Ziad Younes is the CEO of BUTEC, a Lebanese construction group, and a founding member of the MIT Enterprise Forum Pan Arab, a platform that fosters entrepreneurship and innovation across the region.
