Arthur J. Gallagher has acquired Altman Insurance Services, a brokerage and consulting firm based in Kentucky, USA.

The terms and financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Billy Altman, Mike Summerfield and their current team will continue to run the company, reporting to Gallagher's Regional President, Robby White.
