ARO: establishment of a "major accounts" division

Assurances Réassurances Omnibranches (ARO) has announced, on 15 March 2021, the creation of a "major accounts" division intended for a few privileged clients.

The company will provide its major accounts customers with a series of customized services. These services include priority treatment, follow-up and personalized consulting. The division is made up of composite insurance experts (life and non-life) responsible for advising and anticipating the needs of the insured.

Other projects are under development, notably digitalization and the introduction of new insurance products.
