Arig will distribute a 6.25% dividend

The 29^thannual meeting of Arig's shareholders has confirmed the payment of a 6.25% dividend for 2009. The 13.17 million USD which will be disbursed represent in average 8.6% of the company's shareholders' equity. Arig has posted a net profit of 21.9 million USD in 2009.
