Appointments at CIMA

Ngbwa Jean-Claude is reappointed secretary general ; Oumarou Mahamane and Boubakar Sangaré have been promoted assistant secretary generals. O. Mahamane has been entrusted with the technical and control departments while B. Sangaré was entrusted with that of the administration and finance. The three officials were appointed for a term of five years.
