Amlin merges two of its European subsidiaries

The London insurer Amlin plc achieved, on January 4, 2016, the merger of its two subsidiaries Amlin Europe (Netherlands) and Amlin Insurance (United Kingdom). Both companies will be consolidated under the name of Amlin Insurance SE.

All policies underwritten by Amlin Europe and Amlin Insurance will now be automatically transferred to Amlin Insurance SE.
