AM Best has revised Société Tunisienne de Réassurance's rating upwards

AM Best has revised Tunis Re's outlook from stable to positive. This improve results from the substantial capitalization of Tunis Re, the great performances obtained on the Tunisian market (where it holds about 25% in stakes) and the particularly stable local business portfolio profile. The financial soundness rating has been confirmed at B+ (good). The combined ratio for all reinsurance operations amounts to 92.4% in 2008.
