A.M. Best confirms Africa Re’s rating

A.M. Best has confirmed Africa Re’s financial soundness A (Excellent) rating, while its outlook, so far “under negative watch” has now risen to “stable”.

The rating agency says that the soundness of the pan African reinsurer’s financial report along with its risk management policy, deemed acceptable, accounted for that decision.
