According to German media reports, Allianz Partners, a subsidiary of the German multinational, plans to cut between 1 500 and 1 800 jobs over the next 12 to 18 months. This move would impact up to 8% of the company’s 22,600 employees across Germany, France, and other European countries.
The decision is driven by the increasing use of artificial intelligence (AI) in processing customer inquiries, such as chatbots and automated support systems.
This technological shift has led Allianz Partners to restructure its customer service operations, replacing certain roles with AI-driven solutions.
