Alliance assurances has paid up all of its share capital

In compliance with the regulation in force, the company Alliance assurances has paid up all of its share capital, that is, 500 million DZD (8.1 million USD). Alliance has been well in its talks with the investment and foreign insurers' fund in view of establishing a partnership may be concluded with an increase of capital and/or shareholding.
