Al Rajhi Bank to increase its stake in Al Rajhi Takaful

Al Rajhi Bank has been granted the approval of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to acquire 12.5% of Al Rajhi Takaful's capital. The participation of Al Rajhi Bank in the local insurer's capital thus went from 22.5% to 35%.

This initiative allows the Islamic bank to provide products tailored to the needs of customers in the insurance, finance and investment sectors.
