Al Madina Takaful: Digital management of motor claims

Due to lockdown constraints, the Omani insurer Al Madina Takaful, has concluded an agreement with the Tunisian startup DigiConstat.

The latter commits to digitizing the management of motor claims. Claim notifications may now be done through a digital platform designed by DigiConstat.

The policyholders have the possibility to follow-up the evolution of their file through their smartphones.

DigiConstat is well known in Oman and was notably chosen in 2019 by the local regulator for the digitalization of the financial sector.
