Africa Re: 41 million USD of premiums collected on the Egyptian market in 2019

Africa Re reported a turnover of 41 million USD by December 31, 2019. The reinsurer took advantage of the increasing number of local companies and of the growing technical and capital reserves on the Egyptian insurance market.

The Egyptian structure is a genuine regional centre for Africa Re and a bridging element between Africa and the Middle East.
