Activa is opening its capital to its staff members

The board of directors of Activa group has opened its life and non-life capital for its staff members. Wage earners' shareholding will be pool up into a holding company recently established, SPEG ACTIVA, whose start-up capital amounts to 125 860 668 FCFA (294 262 USD). SPEG ACTIVA is open to all the group's personnel.
