ACE, “Product recall” insurance.

ACE has launched a new third party liability offer for European companies reporting a turnover nearing one billion EUR (1.29 billion USD). The new scheme, called (product recall), takes into account the ever-complex supply lines. The cover is in keeping with the American law which entails additional liabilities to the charge of manufacturer and producers located in USA or exporting their products there.
