58% of the emiratis do not have a life insurance

A study conducted by Friends Provident International (FPI) reveals that only 42% of the emirati residents have a life insurance cover.

This rate has decreased significantly compared to the last year during which it totaled 52%.

In this survey, out of 503 respondents, 32% expressed their lack of enthusiasm for life insurance due to high prices while 26% justified their reluctance stating their unfamiliarity with this type of cover.
