The South African Discovery is preparing to invest 1 billion ZAR (197.9 million USD) in upcoming five years in the creation, jointly with Prudential, of a new life insurance company in England.
Baptised Adrian, the new entity will be equally shared at 50-50 between Prudential and Discovery.
